Global Assembly and Bowes Award Websites

Our theme is “Pilgrims of Peace: Many Paths, One Purpose,” and we are truly making the journey together as pilgrims to a very special place. Throughout the year, our whole URI community will be preparing and building excitement for this important time when representatives from CCs across the globe will meet face-to-face, to learn, share and celebrate together. Academy for Peace 2008

Last year we shared with you the Academy for Peace program from the URI of Henderson County. Once again for 2008 this small group of dedicated interfaith peacebuilders has put together an amazing program of activities designed to appeal to different audiences and build a culture of peace in western North Carolina.
