NAIN Connect 2007 - Call for Papers

The annual North American Interfaith Network gathering — NAIN Connect 2007 — is coming up in July in Richmond, Virginia. The theme of the event will be “Embracing Religious Freedom: Past, Present and Future.” The organizers have issued the following call for papers and presentations from interfaith groups on this topic.

Topic: Embracing Religious Freedom: Past, Present and Future

ICGR and IFC invite members of NAIN to submit their proposals for papers and other forms of presentations for the annual North American Interfaith Network – NAIN Connect, July 13-15, 2007 at Roslyn Conference Center, Richmond, VA.

The presentation should be based on the following conference objective:

The NAIN Connect 2007 program objective is to create an environment where the participants will develop a clearer understanding of Religious Freedom through examining current issues and presenting potential systematic solutions related to the issues of Religious Freedom, from regional, national and international perspectives.

The conference schedule allocates 75 minutes for each presentation. Your presentation is to be a participatory/workshop, to provide the participants an opportunity to interact and engage in action based ideas to advance Religious Freedom.

Proposals should be no more than 250 words, accompanied by a short biographical profile. We look forward to reviewing your insightful proposals.
