NCC Launches Curriculum on International Relations and Peace
October 26th, 2005
This is, strictly speaking, ecumenical rather than interfaith… but worthy of posting nevertheless:
“God’s Favorite Nation”? What is America’s proper role as a global citizen? Is fear driving us? Where’s our true strength — in military or economic power, or in cherished values? What does faith teach us about our actions in the world? To meet the needs of its member communions for a study guide on America’s world-sized challenges, National Council of Churches has developed a six-part lesson book, For the Peace of the World: A Christian Curriculum on International Relations.
